He actively participates in conferences, makes public appearances and is present in the media, where he often speaks, presenting the point of view of the IT and telecommunications industry and equipment suppliers. He is a doctor of automation engineer by education. He also completed full-time studies in the field of management. He was also a member of the Scientific Council of the Telecommunications Institute and a long-term member of the American and French Chambers of Commerce. In 2010, at the request of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Andrzej Dulka was awarded the Golden Cross of Merit for his involvement in building a modern information society in Poland. Competition entry consists of a complete application online form and required attachments via the website.
Conditions of the Competition state that it is mandatory for the complete application form to be sent and the terms of the Competition to be accepted by July 31, 2023, the deadline for submitting applications. The organizer reserves the right to change the deadline for submitting applications.
Participants in the Competition may be companies developing IT software solutions for external entities.
The participant should meet the following criteria:
− have an entry in the National Court Register / Central Register and Information on Economic Activity;
− have a registered office or address of the principal place of business activity in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
One entity may apply or be submitted in each of the categories.
The process of assessing Candidates/Participants consists of the following stages:
Stage 1 – Formal selection
Stage 2 – Selection of nominees in each category by the SoDA Presidium
Stage 3 – Selection of the winners by the independent SoDA Awards Jury
The SoDA Awards will be presented at the Gala, which will occur during the fourth SoDA Conference on October 5 this year in Warsaw. Everyone who has purchased a ticket to the event is invited to the awards gala. It is only possible to collect the prize during the Gala.
